Last week we hosted another incredible Lunch & Leverage event in Pukekohe and what a turnout it was!

Lunch & Leverage is designed for business owners and professionals who are looking to grow meaningful connections, learn fresh tactics, explore new approaches to business, and hear about common trends shaping our industries. It’s a space where conversations go deeper than surface-level networking and real ideas are shared.

Where the Magic Happens

What truly sets this event apart are the interactive activities facilitated by PeopleInk. These activities are intentionally designed to spark discussion, encourage participation, and draw out the thoughts and insights people might not normally share.

It’s in those conversations the honest reflections, the shared challenges, the lightbulb moments where the real magic happens.

Insights on Branding & Visibility

We were also lucky to hear from Katrina from Accent Photography, who shared valuable insights on all things branding and marketing. She spoke about how to better utilise our photos, position ourselves online, and increase visibility to attract new clients.

Her message was clear:
We all need to be visible. We need the confidence to put ourselves out there.

It resonated with everyone in the room and left us with practical, actionable tips to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

From Nerves to New Connections

We wrapped up the session with lunch and open networking and by that point, the room felt completely different. The initial nerves had melted away, conversations were flowing, and genuine connections were forming.

These events are about stepping outside your comfort zone. They’re about entering new circles, trying something different, and giving yourself permission to grow.

Hearing about the coffee catch-ups and follow-up business meetings already happening makes it all worthwhile. That’s exactly why Lunch & Leverage exists to create momentum beyond the room.
