✅ A candidate might look perfect on paper for a customer service role, but a 5-minute phone chat could reveal communication gaps

✅ On the flip side, a mechanic might submit a rough CV, but they could be brilliant on the tools and exactly who you need

✅ Great people don’t always know how to sell themselves in a document, and poor formatting doesn’t mean poor skills
